Shipping policy

Thank you so much for shopping at Daphne Margaret Pottery. I currently only ship within the UK, via Royal Mail. If you wish to have an item posted to a different country, please contact me to discuss this.

Once you have placed your order, I will send you a confirmation email to let you know I have received it. When your item has been shipped, I will send you another email to let you know it is on its way.

My items make the perfect gift, so if you need your order to be delivered without the invoice or including a special message, please include a note in the text box on the checkout page and I will do my best to accommodate any requests.

Delivery options:

All purchases are dispatched in 1-2 business days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days delivery) - £4.25 to UK addresses
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-4 days delivery) - £2.95 to UK addresses

The delivery costs for international orders are dependent on the location and weight of the parcel, and are calculated at checkout.

Packaging

I am concerned about the environmental impact of the packaging I use, and have taken great care to source materials that are all recyclable. In addition, the majority are made from recycled materials and sourced from environmentally friendly companies.
